Norway, Jan. 29 -- Selvaag Bolig has awarded Veidekke the contract to build 122 apartments, a parking facility and commercial premises in Skarer Park, the final major construction phase in Skarerbyen in Lorenskog. The contract is a design and build contract valued at nearly NOK 370 million excluding VAT. The buildings Veidekke will construct range from four to eight storeys and form a horseshoe shape surrounding a shared outdoor courtyard featuring landscaping, play areas and communal spaces for residents.
