Norway, Feb. 11 -- Selvaag Bolig has entered into an agreement with Veidekke to begin construction of the residential development S46 at Sandsli, south of Bergen. The first phase comprises three buildings with a total of 96 apartments and a shared underground parking facility. The contract is a design-and-build agreement valued at NOK 280 million excluding VAT. The homes at Sandsli will enjoy a quiet setting close to nature, while still offering short walking distance to the light rail, shops, fitness facilities and workplaces.
