Norway, Feb. 24 -- Sorlandet Hospital and Kristiansand Municipality have today signed an agreement with Veidekke for the construction of a joint emergency building and health centre at Eg in Kristiansand. The contract is a design & build contract valued at just over NOK 1.3 billion excluding VAT. Veidekke will construct a two-part healthcare facility that will bring together the hospital's and several municipal emergency functions. The project will be delivered as a joint undertaking with a shared project organisation and coordinated planning, design, and construction.
