Norway, Feb. 10 -- Hav Eiendom has selected Veidekke to construct the environmentally certified commercial building Fiskebrygga in central Oslo. The design-and-build contract on the west side of Bjorvika is valued at NOK 1.05 billion excluding VAT. Fiskebrygga will become one of the city's most attractive office locations, with a central position on Bjorvika's western waterfront. Featuring food and beverage services on the ground floor and space for up to 1,500 workplaces, the building will help tie Bjorvika more closely to Vippetangen and Kvadraturen.
