Kazakhstan, Jan. 13 -- Toyo Engineering Corporation (President and CEO: Eiji Hosoi, TOYO) announced that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with KazAzot Prime LLP ("KazAzot"), a chemical fertilizer manufacturer in the Republic of Kazakhstan, to collaborate on decarbonization initiatives and the urea fertilizer business.
