Romania, July 21 -- Romania based TOPO CADASTRALA has secured contract from Operator SEAP for Cadastral Surveying Services - Cadastre services necessary to regulate the legal situation of the buildings the property of the municipality of Sibiu and to carry out the operations necessary to reconstruct the property right based on the laws of the land fund. The value of the contract is worth 1740000 RON.
