France, Feb. 2 -- France based SOLIHA Flandres has secured contract from Avenue-Web Systemes for Social work and related services - Framework agreement for purchase orders for social and professional support for families tenants of PARTENORD HABITAT as part of the rehabilitation operation of 34 collective housing units, Residences Plateel and Lemire, located Boulevard de l'Abbe Lemire and rue Joseph Elie Plateel in HAZEBROUCK.
