Sweden, April 1 -- Skanska divests Villa Fagelsang in Sollentuna, Sweden, to Folksamgruppen through KPA Pension, for about SEK 340M. The project includes a special adapted residence for seniors (SABO) with 80 apartments and a group home according to LSS (specialized, assisted living homes) with six apartments. The divestment will be recorded in the Commercial Property Development stream in the first quarter of 2026.Villa Fagelsang, which is being developed and constructed by Skanska Sweden, is designed to meet the need for more senior housing and assisted living homes in Sollentuna and will be operated by the tenants Vardaga Aldreomsorg AB and Nytida AB.
