Uzbekistan, Dec. 22 -- On December 17, the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) signed a loan agreement with the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan in Tokyo, to provide Japanese ODA loan for the Livestock Promotion and Animal Health Enhancement Project.
