Afghanistan, Feb. 9 -- On February 8, the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) signed a grant agreement with the United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS), to provide grant aid for the Project for Promoting Climate Change Adaptation through Community-Led Approach in the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan.
