Vietnam, Aug. 4 -- On August 1, the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) held a signing ceremony in Ho Chi Minh City of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam for a loan agreement with Thu Dau Mot Water Joint Stock Company (TDM) under the Private Sector Investment Finance scheme.
