Spain, May 15 -- Spain based SERVEO SERVICIOS, S.A.U.-ALYON SERVICIOS, S.A. has secured contract from Consejeria Delegada de Viviendas, Proyectos y Obras Municipales de Santa Cruz de Tenerife, S.A. for REFURBISHMENT OF RUN-DOWN BUILDINGS-The works of "rehabilitation of 292 homes (10 buildings) corresponding to the blocks detailed in the three lots in which they are divided located in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, integrated into the" Residential Environment of Programmed Rehabilitation (ERP) of the Gladiolos IV neighborhood IV. The value of the contract is worth 210373250 EUR.
