Spain, June 30 -- Spain based SERANCO SAU has secured contract from Instituto Gallego de la Vivienda y Suelo- Xunta de Galicia for Multi-dwelling Buildings Construction Work-Recruitment of construction works for a building for 24 public promotion houses (VPP), garages and rocks in barracks 2 of the Partial Plan PP-1-R of O Berton, Rua As Constituentes, Ferrol (A Coruna). The value of the contract is worth 522444000 EUR.
