France, March 19 -- France based SDMS has secured contract from COMMISSARIAT A L'ENERGIE ATOMIQUE ET AUX ENERGIES ALTERNATIVES for Microelectronic machinery and apparatus Design and manufacturing of a Cryogenic Target Qualification Cryostat CQCC and its optical table for the CEA of Grenoble. The value of the contract is not disclosed.
