France, March 16 -- France based SCE has secured contract from Communaute d'agglomeration de Bethune-Bruay, Artois Lys Romane for Survey services Multi-awardee framework agreement for studies of catchment supply areas of the Bethune-Bruay agglomeration community Artois Lys Romane and multi-pressure territorial diagnosis. The value of the contract is worth 3690000 EUR.
