Italy, April 16 -- Saipem has secured offshore contracts worth about $400m in Saudi Arabia under its long-term agreement with Aramco, according to Saipem. The work is focused on the Safaniya oil field and split between two contract release purchase orders covering core EPCI scope.One package includes a water injection tie-in platform, two wellheads, approximately 5 km of 24-inch pipeline and about 15 km of 15kV cables.The second centres on four water injection wellheads and associated subsea facilities.
