Leszka Gieca Slaskiego Uniwersytetu Medycznego w Katowicach for Medical Hospital Services - providing health services in the field of cardiology in the Daily Department of Cardiological Rehabilitation, during the ordinary work of the working time. The value of the contract is not disclosed.
