Romania, March 19 -- Romania based OMNIASIG VIENNA INSURANCE GROUP S.A. has secured contract from Operator SEAP for Motor vehicle liability insurance services Framework agreement for the purchase of RCA compulsory car insurance services plus GREEN CARD for the vehicles in the fleet of the Romanian Court of Accounts.
