France, Feb. 17 -- France based NEXITY FONCIER CONSEIL has secured contract from COMMUNE DE LOUVIGNY for Urban Development Construction Work-Planning concession transferring an economic risk within the meaning of articles R 300-4 and following of the town planning code, with a view to design, finance and carry out the development and equipment of the multi-site zac covering The "City entrance" and "Hameau du Mesnil" sectors. The value of the contract is worth 1179300000 EUR.
