Philippines, Jan. 29 -- The Asian Development Bank (ADB) is establishing a new learning platform to enhance knowledge sharing efforts in its developing member countries (DMCs), helping them solve their complex challenges through tailored programs built on real-world project experience. The ADB Center of Excellence will serve as a bank-wide coordination platform channeling in-house expertise and cutting-edge knowledge from partners, including the ADB Institute, to its DMCs.
