France, Dec. 9 -- France based Mutuelle Nationale Territoriale has secured contract from Communaute d'Agglomeration du Niortais for Voluntary health insurance services - Collective health and welfare insurance contracts for the Municipality of Niort, the CCAS of Niort and the Community of Niortais Agglomeration. The value of the contract is not disclosed.
