(Representative Director and President: Noriaki Sakai; Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo), and Mitsubishi Gas Chemical Company, Inc. (MGC; President: Yoshinori Isahaya; Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo) - collectively known as the "Five Parties" - to successfully complete Japan's first ship-to-ship bunkering of methanol vessel fuel at anchorage.
