United States, Jan. 27 -- JLL Capital Markets announced the $55.8 million sale of Blankenbaker Station Portfolio, a two-building, 390,000-square-foot industrial development in Louisville's coveted East submarket.JLL represented the sellers, Washington Capital Management, on behalf of its clients, and Roebling Development, in the transaction.
