Spain, Feb. 2 -- Spain based IRIDA IBERICA has secured contract from Secretaria General de la Agencia Estatal Consejo Superior de Investigaciones Cientificas for Laboratory, optical and precision equipments (excl glasses) - Supply, installation and commissioning of an ALD system for the plasma-enhanced deposition of atomic films of different materials, intended for the Institute of Micro and Nanotechnology of the State Agency Higher Council for Scientific Research. The value of the contract is worth 36000100 EUR.
