India, March 11 -- IIFL Finance has allotted 50,000 Senior, Secured, Listed, Rated, Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures of the face value of Rs 1,00,000/- each and aggregating to Rs 500 crore on private placement basis on 10 March 2026.
