United States, Feb. 27 -- Hornbeck Offshore Operators LLC, Covington, Louisiana, was awarded a $291,794,000 firm-fixed-price contract (N3220526C4004) to provide operation and maintenance of four government-owned Transportation Auxiliary General Submarine Escort (T-AGSE) vessels. The vessels under this contract will include United States Naval Ship (USNS) Arrowhead, USNS Eagleview, USNS Westwind, and USNS Black Powder. The contract includes a one-year base period, four 12-month options, and a six-month option under Federal Acquisition Regulation 52.217-8.
