Poland, April 30 -- Poland based Formed Sp. z o.o., Sp.k. has secured contract from Szpital Wojewodzki im. Prymasa Kardynala Stefana Wyszynskiego w Sieradzu for Medical equipments Retrofitting the Operating Theater as part of the improvement of highly specialized care at the Provincial Hospital in Sieradz. The value of the contract is worth 25627900 PLN.
