France, Jan. 14 -- France based EIFFAGE ENERGIE SYSTEMES - SUD OUEST has secured contract from Avenue-Web Systemes for Overhaul and refurbishment work - Framework agreement with purchase orders for maintenance work and small repairs on the entire real estate assets of Office 64. The value of the contract is not disclosed.
