EBRD invests in Aktor's debut bond issuance in Greece
Greece, Dec. 18 -- The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) is investing €20 million in a senior unsecured bond issued by AKTOR Group of Companies in Greece. The €140 million bond, with a five-year tenor, will be listed on the Athens Stock Exchange and is AKTOR's debut issuance.The Bank's investment will back AKTOR's activities in renewable energy generation, battery energy storage systems, social infrastructure, water supply and wastewater projects in the country, fostering the green transition and enhancing climate resilience.
