Romania, Dec. 12 -- Romania based DECO INVESTMENT has secured contract from Operator SEAP for Bitumen - "Purchase of 2000 tons of BITUMEN Type D 50/70 with delivery to the destination, for the preparation of asphalt mixtures at the Cateasca Asphalt Station". The value of the contract is worth 380972000 RON.
