Clarifications on blackout recovery requirements for DP notation closed bus-ties qualifiers
Norway, March 18 -- The application of the closed bus-ties qualifiers to DP shuttle tankers and the general technical development of DP systems has caused a need for a more detailed specification related to propellers driven by 2-stroke crosshead engines and certain switchboard configurations.
