Romania, Feb. 4 -- Romania based CEC Bank has secured contract from Operator SEAP for Banking services - Banking services framework agreement for payment by card through POS terminals at the State Treasury counters as an alternative payment method to the cash payment of social contributions, taxes and fees and other obligations due to the consolidated general government, for 24 months. The value of the contract is worth 1200000 RON.
