India, March 11 -- The board of Capri Global Capital at its meeting held on 10 March 2026 has approved the raising of funds upto Rs 2,000 crore through public issue of Redeemable, Rated, Secured, Listed Non-Convertible Debentures (Debentures), in one or more tranches.
