United States, April 9 -- BlueHalo LLC, Huntsville, Alabama, has been awarded a maximum $19,454,545 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for ceramics advanced materials and processes Task Order Four. This contract provides for the development of advanced ceramic materials (including structural monolithic ceramics, ceramic matrix composites, and select functional ceramic materials), processes, and sophisticated computational models. Work will be performed at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, and is expected to be completed by Dec. 4, 2029. This contract was a sole source acquisition.
