United States, March 31 -- BL Harbert International LLC, Birmingham, Alabama, was awarded a firm-fixed-price contract for construction of new Unaccompanied Enlisted Personnel Housing barracks. The amount of this action is $124,752,752. Bids were solicited via the internet with five received. Work will be performed in Fort Stewart, Georgia, with an estimated completion date of April 5, 2029. Fiscal 2026 military construction, Army funds in the amount of $124,752,752 were obligated at the time of the award.
