Inc., Escondido, California, was awarded a $17,163,700 firm-fixed-price contract for design-build, maintenance, repair, and renovation with a total cumulative face value of $17,226,800. Bids were solicited via the internet with 10 received. Work will be performed in Sacramento, California, with an estimated completion date of Oct. 9, 2027. Fiscal 2025 operation and maintenance, Army Reserve funds in the amount of $17,163,700 were obligated at the time of the award. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Louisville, Kentucky, is the contracting activity (W912QR-25-C-A037).
