Spain, July 1 -- Spain based ANTARES INSTRUMENTACION, S.L.U. has secured contract from Rectorado de la Universidad Politecnica de Madrid for Microelectronic Machinery and Aparatus - Supply of two physical evaporator systems in Metal Vapor Phase and II for the Institute of Optoelectronic Systems and Microtecnology (ISOM) of the Polytechnic University of Madrid. The value of the contract is worth 10650000 EUR.
