Latvia, March 13 -- Latvia based Akciju sabiedriba "EMERGN" has secured contract from Latvijas Republikas Saeima for Software programming and consultancy services HCL Notes information system improvements integration with the existing IT infrastructure and technical maintenance. The value of the contract is worth 40000000 EUR.
