France, Jan. 13 -- France based ADRIEN TOUSSAINT has secured contract from Avenue-Web Systemes for Survey services - Framework agreement with purchase order for the preparation of energy saving certificate files concerning energy saving work on high schools in the Provence Alpes Cote d'Azur Region; mission of compiling files and supporting the Provence Alpes Cote d'Azur Region for their submission on the national platform until their financial valuation with "obligated parties". The value of the contract is worth 6800000 EUR.
