India, Oct. 4 -- A new Kendriya Vidyalaya (KV) will open in Khajuri Khas in northeast Delhi from the academic session 2025-26. The school will start with classes from grades 1 to 5 and the Delhi Government has allotted land for the project. Chief Minister Rekha Gupta said the decision will directly benefit families of central and State Government employees, especially in the Trans-Yamuna area. "Under the leadership of PM Modi, Kendriya Vidyalayas are being set up across the country, including in Delhi. This will strengthen the education system and secure the future of millions of children," she said.
