Mahakumbh Nagar, Jan. 3 -- Unprecedented security arrangements are being implemented for the safety of devotees at Maha Kumbh 2025, with extensive integration of digital technology.
For the first time, devotees will receive real-time updates through social media platforms like X (formerly Twitter), Facebook, Instagram and YouTube. They can also instantly communicate their concerns or give feedback to senior police officers and the entire department within seconds.
The Mahakumbh Police have introduced four 'digital doors' of security powered by QR codes. Scanning these codes will seamlessly connect devotees to the security system, providing immediate access to updates and a direct communication channel with the authorities.
