Manila, Feb. 19 -- More areas will experience rains on Wednesday due to four prevailing weather systems.

Scattered rains and isolated thunderstorms caused by the shear line will be experienced in Mainland Cagayan, Isabela, Quirino, and Aurora.

The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) forecast the shear line to bring heavy to intense rains over Isabela, and moderate to heavy rains over Cagayan, Quirino, and Aurora.

Rains caused by the northeast monsoon or "amihan" will be experienced across the Cordillera Administrative Region and the rest of Cagayan Valley.
