Manila, Sept. 10 -- The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) is now using body-worn cameras to support the implementation of the No Contact Apprehension Policy (NCAP).

In a press conference at the MMDA head office in Pasig City on Wednesday, MMDA Chair Don Artes announced that its newly formed Swift Traffic Action Group (STAG) would be equipped with body cameras linked to the MMDA Communications and Command Center for real-time monitoring and documentation of on-the-ground operations.
