LEGAZPI CITY, Dec. 5 -- Local government units (LGUs) in Albay province have suspended face-to-face classes at all levels as Tropical Depression Wilma threatens to bring adverse weather on Friday.
Towns included in the suspension are Malilipot, Rapu-Rapu, Bacacay, Manito, Malinao, Daraga, Libon, Sto. Domingo, Polangui, Oas, Guinobatan, and Camalig.
"Barangays near rivers or creeks, as well as those that are low-lying and susceptible to flooding, flash floods, and rain-induced landslides, should prepare and secure their homes and emergency kits," said Rapu-Rapu Mayor Romel Galicia.
