Manila, Feb. 17 -- The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) on Monday started the rehabilitation and upgrading of damaged portions of roads along Roxas Boulevard (northbound) in Malate, Manila.
In a social media post, the DPWH-South Manila District Engineering Office said the works started at the inner lane of the Roxas Boulevard Northbound, fronting Sands Residences along M. H. Del Pilar St.
It said the mobilization and preparation for the rehabilitation works already started on Sunday to pave the way for a smoother implementation.
Motorists are advised of traffic congestion during the repair period.
They were also asked to use other lanes as alternate routes.
