Manila, April 15 -- The Department of Education in Bicol (DepEd-5) on Tuesday congratulated some 400,000 graduates and completers of basic education in the region for school year 2024-2025.

"It resonates deeply with the spirit of this gathering and the ideals we aim to uphold. In this pivotal moment, as you stand on the threshold of new beginnings, I urge you to carry the essence of unity in your hearts and lives," DepEd-5 Director Gilbert Sadsad said in a media release.

Sadsad lauded the students for persevering, demonstrating grit, and showing an unwavering commitment to their education despite the challenges.
