Manila, Dec. 3 -- arcotics agents have arrested four suspects, including three females, and seized some PHP102,000 worth of shabu during a drug sting operation in Datu Odin Sinsuat, Maguindanao on Wednesday night.
Nabbed were Merlyn Bonea Alam, Sharon Pascual Ansaw, Jocelyn Bangkulit Casada, and Lucky Love "Nasser" Cantiver, a dismissed Army soldier.
The main target, identified as Boy Alam, the husband of Merlyn, eluded arrest.
"The operation also led to the dismantling of a drug den in the area," said Anthony Naive, Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency - Maguindanao officer.
Naive said the operation was carried out around 9 p.m. in Sitio Tinago, Barangay Tamontaka following month-long surveillance.
