LEGAZPI CITY, Dec. 16 -- The Department of Tourism in Bicol promoted a trade fair called the "Festival of Culture and Tourism" as part of the annual celebration of the Pastores that featured 12 micro, small, and medium Enterprises (MSMEs) from across the region, showcasing their unique crafts and products.

During the opening at Albay Astrodome on Tuesday, Maria Salee Mora, DOT-5 assistant regional director said the purpose of the festival is to recognize, promote, and celebrate the region's rich culture.

"We are here today to showcase not only our destinations but also our crafts and flavors, celebrating the heart of Bicol -our people, our traditions, and our enduring spirit of faith," she said in her speech.
