Mumbai, Aug. 6 -- A cloudburst following heavy rains on Tuesday caused massive destruction in Dharali village of Uttarkashi, Uttarakhand. Heavy rains and the surge of Kheer Ganga devastated the entire village. The flood of water and debris created havoc in the village. So far four people have been confirmed dead, while about 70 people are reported missing. Many film stars including actress Sara Ali Khan, Sonu Sood have expressed deep condolences on this disaster.
