India, Jan. 30 -- Vigilance officials on Thursday carried out extensive and coordinated raids at seven locations in Sundargarh, including the residence of Bishwadarshi Sahu, the Project Administrator of the Integrated Tribal Development Agency (ITDA).

This operation is part of a larger investigation into allegations of disproportionate assets held by the official, raising serious concerns about corruption within the ITDA.

The vigilance department's raids covered several important places, including Bhubaneswar, Balasore, Jajpur, and Bonai, linked to Bishwadarshi Sahu.

In Bhubaneswar, the Vigilance team raided a multistoried building at Sriramanagar and flats at Lakshmisagar and Kharavela Nagar.
